Facts & Questions
+ What’s the minimum amount of time we can hire you for photo or video?
We’ve determined that 5 hours is what we need at minimum to both create a wonderful experience for you, and to capture the photos and footage we need to tell your story, especially as it pertains to videography.
+ What kinds of photos & videos do you create?
We specialize in creating adventurous intimate wedding and elopement experiences, photos, and videos! To learn more about our process and the kinds of films we create, visit our Film Guide!
+ How do you deliver our photos?
We deliver our photos using an online gallery that you’ll have access to! We email you a link and a password to access, and you’re able to download high-resolution and print quality files for each photo. You’ll also have access to print any photo you like on a variety of mediums right through your gallery.
+ How do you deliver our videos?
We deliver every video via electronic download! Those links stay active for quite a while, and we do our best to email our clients if we're ever taking their links down. We’ll do our best to retain your films for years, but recommend you back up your films to the cloud, to your computer, and at least one hard drive.
+ How does contracting and payment work?
We’ll send you a contract and an invoice for 50% of our agreed upon total fee. About 2-4 weeks before your event, we’ll have a final consultation before sending an invoice to collect your remaining balance!
+ Do you charge for travel?
All travel expenses are covered in our package prices!
+ How many photos should I expect to receive?

+ Can I have my raw video footage?
Yes you can! Just mention it to us whenever you would like to purchase it. Pricing can be found in our pricing page.
+ What about my raw photos?
Unfortunately we do not offer raw photos for purchase.
+ When do you deliver our photos / videos?
We typically deliver sneak-peek wedding photos within a week of your wedding, full galleries and trailer films within 4 weeks of your wedding, and highlight / chapter films no later than 26 weeks of your wedding, but we build in specific terms in your contract depending on your delivery needs.
+ Okay, I didn't want a toast chapter when you filmed our wedding, but we kind of want one now! Are we out of luck?
Probably not! We film each wedding as if our clients are purchasing every film we offer, because it's the standard we hold our cinematographers to, and because we want to be able to provide new films for you if you decide even past your wedding date you want the film!
+ Can you burn us a DVD?
We can deliver flash drives and hard drives, but we don’t offer DVD burning services. We're always happy to help our clients find someone local to where you live who can do that for you!
